The 90-card set was issued in one series with 24 packs per box and 10 cards per pack. The set contains cards three in succession for the driver, his car, and the Roots of Racing. They suit a nine card page format very well. SIGNED SEALED AND DELIVERED AUTOGRAPH cards exist, but it is not known how they were distributed. They have a gold foil postmark style stamping on the front and the Upper Deck congratulations on the back along with the hand numbered serial number. These appeared after Upper Deck stopped producing racing cards. FOCUS ON A CHAMPION cards were inserted one in 24 packs. The frames around the photos look like gaskets. It is a 15-card set. RACE TICKET scratch off cards were inserted 1 in 8 packs. They gave collectors a chance to instantly win a pair of tickets to a 1999 NASCAR Cup race. FANTASTIC FINISHES cards feature the cars of the top drivers. These are randomly inserted one in 12 packs. It is a 30-card set. RACING IMAGES are inserted 1 in three packs. They show the 1999 uniforms on the front which is done in F/X technology. The round photos are framed to look like pulleys with belts. RACER'S INK authentic autographs of the top five drivers were randomly inserted. Each card was hand numbered to 250. The shipping fee is $7.00 by US Postal Service Priority Mail in the US.
